Flow Yoga
Mondays – 7:00pm
An active class where we flow from one posture to the next. Building on sequences to gain strength and flexibility. Sometimes challenging and at other times more relaxed and ease filled. All classes start and end with a moment or two to breath and get centred. The class will end with a slowing down period to focus on mindfulness and relaxation. Including time in Savasana at the end to soak up all the goodness of our movements and breath work.
