Biography:

Renew Life Therapies and Yoga instructor Heather Reeves, is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Meditation Teacher and a Certified Fitness Instructor. Heather Graduated from Kikkawa College in 1993. Heather’s treatments focus on developing a safe and beneficial treatment plan for each individual. She enjoys utilizing a holistic approach to massage treatments using a variety of treatment modalities. Swedish massage techniques, some deep fascial techniques, trigger point release, hydrotherapy and essential oils to promote health and healing of the body. She is passionate about yoga and exercise, moving the body properly to make positive lifestyle choices.

Susan Jewell

Biography:

Graduated from Canadian College of massage and Hydrotherapy 1989. Practised in Guelph until 2000. She was been working with me since 2003. Susan has attended many course over the years some being massage and blood pressure, massage and sleep, anatomy review. Massage and depression. She works on all kinds of muscle pains and disorders including TMJ, headaches, rotator cuff, tennis elbow and carpol tunnel.

Rebekah Braeker

Biography:

Rebekah Braeker is a graduate from CCMH (Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy) in Cambridge, Ontario. After completing her 2 year registration for massage therapy she started at Renew Life Therapies and Yoga in March of 2017. She always found kinesiology, learning about the body and its movements, very fascinating. When she was first introduced to massage therapy through her program she felt inspired by it right away, really appreciating the hands-on help that could be provided to clients. Rebekah is happy to be a member of the Renew Life Therapies and Yoga team and is looking forward to meeting you – If she hasn’t already!

Jessie was born and raised locally on her family farm which has helped foster a passion for helping those that are in need. She has just completed her Massage Therapy program from Fanshawe College and will bring to the table a wide variety of new and up to date techniques along with those that are tried and true, of which, will help all that come to Renew Life Therapy and Yoga. Jessie became a Massage Therapist to help those who are in pain and discomfort and her radiant smile will be the first step in your road to recovery.

Biography:

Jaime Reeves is our office assistant here at Renew Life Therapies & Yoga. She puts together the newsletter and most of the posts you see on any of our social media. She keeps the schedule organized and is the go-to person for help with online registrations for classes and events.   She is also a personal trainer and class instructor with Dyanfit in Harriston if you're looking for a super fun workout! You may also see her instruct the occasional class or workshop here at Renew Life. 

Nichola

Biography:

Nichola has been practicing yoga for many years. In September of 2018, Nichola decided to increase the depth of her practice by pursuing her yoga teacher training at Kala Yoga in Orangeville. Since completing her 200 hour YTT, Nichola has been filling in at Renew Life Yoga in Mount Forest and continues to explore her own practice and her interests in meditation and power yoga. When off the mat, Nichola teaches visual art and languages and enjoys reading, making art and spending time with her family.  

Sarah

Biography:

Sarah is a city girl living in the country. She was raised in the city but spent most of her summers outdoors with nature in Georgian Bay and Salute Ste. Marie areas. She found yoga in 2012 after having her daughter, becoming a single mom, and quitting smoking all at once. For her yoga was a way to calm her mind during a chaotic period of life. In 2018 Sarah realized yoga was becoming more then just an exercise and away to escape the craziness of the world around her. It was becoming away of life and completed her 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training under the traditional teachings and knowledge and became certified. In 2019 she completed another 50 hours specializing of yin yoga. As of today Sarah is a proud member of her community sharing her love for yoga and meditation through her classes.
