Biography:

Nichola has been practicing yoga for many years. In September of 2018, Nichola decided to increase the depth of her practice by pursuing her yoga teacher training at Kala Yoga in Orangeville. Since completing her 200 hour YTT, Nichola has been filling in at Renew Life Yoga in Mount Forest and continues to explore her own practice and her interests in meditation and power yoga. When off the mat, Nichola teaches visual art and languages and enjoys reading, making art and spending time with her family.

Biography:

Sarah is a city girl living in the country. She was raised in the city but spent most of her summers outdoors with nature in Georgian Bay and Salute Ste. Marie areas. She found yoga in 2012 after having her daughter, becoming a single mom, and quitting smoking all at once. For her yoga was a way to calm her mind during a chaotic period of life. In 2018 Sarah realized yoga was becoming more then just an exercise and away to escape the craziness of the world around her. It was becoming away of life and completed her 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training under the traditional teachings and knowledge and became certified. In 2019 she completed another 50 hours specializing of yin yoga. As of today Sarah is a proud member of her community sharing her love for yoga and meditation through her classes.
