Every year, September brings an opportunity for a fresh start. If there was ever a year that needed a do-over before January it's 2020. Kids returning to school or a homeschooling routine begins. Most places have fallen into a "new normal".
With these changes around us, it is a great time to talk about our intentions. As much as we may try to fight it, where our attention goes, our energy flows. What this means for all of us is it is a time to take a look at our mindset and decide what we want to do with this fresh start.
If you decide in your mind that 2020 is a write-off, you have decided to make the next 4 months not count, before they have even began. If you decide to take this new fresh start, with a new fresh attitude, you can make these next 4 months the best of your whole life.
There are no expectations for the rest of the year so make it your own and take the time to explore what a "new normal" looks like for you because I think it can look pretty darn good if we want it to.

Just another reminder that the fall class schedule is beginning again. Classes begin Saturday, September 12th at 8:30 am with Buti Yoga with Stacey!

We also still have some spaces left on Tuesdays with Sarah for Beginner Yoga. Be sure to save your spot online because are EXTREMELY limited on the number of people in class.
