Yoga with Heather is the definition of Self Care. To take that time and focus on yourself, on your physical, mental and emotional well being is so necessary. I started attending classes on my own and eventually convinced my husband to join me. At first, he was rather self-conscious, however, he quickly found, as we all do, that while in yoga practice we are all in our space; unaware of those around us, and always focusing on the breath. Whenever we’ve missed a class or two, we instantly regret it and look forward to returning. The results are immediate and the after-effects are amazing. I would highly recommend a class for anyone. If you are just starting your yoga practice, Heather is a wonderful teacher and will guide to you so as to ensure you have the most beneficial practice possible. Namaste.
