Mondays – 8:30 am – Available Online and In Person
Committed to yoga is a blend of disciplines it combines Mukti yoga, flow, and some vinyasa flow for an hour of mindful movement. A focus is put on core strength through positions. Come prepared to stretch, sweat, energize, laugh, and at the end relax and surrender. Our movements are slow and mindful, as is the breath. Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement and it is a series of poses that will move your body through the power of inhaling and exhaling.
Mondays 7:00 pm – Available In Person and Online
Monday evening classes are a fusion of breathing, asana and some meditation to end you day with ease and relaxation. This class is a physical class that consists of specific postures to realign and strengthen the body. Ending with guided meditation to achieve balance and relaxation. Modifications are given when needed.
Yoga & Strength
Wednesdays – 6:00 am
The first ½ hour of class is focused on muscle conditioning exercise using body weight, hand weights and bands to build muscle strength and endurance. Sometimes we mix it up with intervals to challenge the cardiovascular system. The second ½ hour is strictly yoga to gently lengthen the muscle reducing tension in areas that are contracted and strengthen areas of muscle weakness.
Make sure to bring running shoes and yoga mat.

Replicate the birthplace of yoga and get the added health benefits along the way. This yoga flow is performed in a hot and humid room to get the sweat flowing and your heart pumping. The perfect place to be on a chilly Saturday morning.
Buti Yoga with Stacey

Buti is a chakra awakening, HIIT based yoga class that fuses plyometrics, strength and conditioning movements into dynamic yoga poses. A mat and open mind is all you need to enjoy this musically driven yoga practice. Stemming from many years of practicing vinyasa and as a lover of all things yoga she will be bringing the heat with cardio rich dance, hot core work, tribal/primal movements, plyometrics, strength and conditioning into traditional yoga movements. Meet her on the mat.
If you are new to yoga and require some extra motivation or assistance we can schedule a ½ or 1-hour session to assess and or modify poses to better suit your needs. Please contact to set up a time. We also can accommodate smaller groups or individual session.
