Instead of setting specific goals or resolutions, many try first to envision just the kind of person they want to be and adapt their habits around what that kind of person would do daily to be their best self. You’ll notice that the wording is all present tense (I am). This is because you already have that person inside of you, you just need to let them shine through your daily mindset and tendencies. You truly can be anyone you want to be, sometimes they just need a little help getting out.
